Our beliefs at Retransforms are the foundation of who we are and what we do, emphasizing the critical importance of Corporate Social Responsibility. We encourage our employees to follow a leading environmental, social and governance (ESG) policy through our Corporate Responsibility contribution. People, Planet, and Profit are our three focus areas that resound with the Triple Bottom Line Approach.

People

At Retransform we have sponsored childcare, an old-age home, and provided groceries to numerous families in Mumbai and Dubai. We supplied meals to 150 households in Mumbai who were in need of basic necessities. We offer food supplies to 20 families of cleaners and janitors in Dubai who have lost their employment as a result of school closures. We have supplied a full day's worth of meals to the charity trust, as well as groceries, water bottles, and stationery packages to over 1000 individuals. Also, donated an amount towards holistic learning program namely ‘The Apprentice Project’.

We have helped the environment by planting several trees and donating 50 reusable sanitary napkins to women's health care. In addition, 500 water bowls were supplied for animal and bird care. Dog belts were also distributed for street dogs. This exercise also drew a large number of volunteers. We have preserved our ecosystem while also prioritizing health and sharing these gifts.

Profit

We use our profits wisely, for the betterment of local communities. We identify the need and offer monitory assistance for e.g. - sponsorship of medical equipment, with a local NGO working specifically with women and children. We have also identified the needs of migrant workers and sponsored travel arrangements as needed.

Retransform is committed to our employees' long-term health, safety, and well-being. Our personnel from Mumbai finalized the dosage of the immunization program on June 12th. In our Mumbai team vaccination drive was held and many of our employees were vaccinated and their families too were vaccinated. We made sure and each employee driving to office is double vaccinated and is taken full care of social distancing, sanitizing themselves etc. We had followed all the government guidelines. We are 15years old organization and organization safety is a main priority.
